This is your 4 weeks challenge prompt, to get you focused on what needs to happen today.
So, our focus is going to be DISCIPLINE!
Discipline: To bring to a state of order and obedience by training and control.
Note: To be successful in this program, you must have discipline and allocate the necessary time to complete the assignments, these emails must be a priority for this method to work. Mornings are the best times to get this done and the day gets better when you start your morning right. You MUST take control of your schedule, in order to absorb the process.
YOUR FIRST ASSIGNMENT: To schedule a set time Monday- Friday for the next 4 weeks, the amount of time allocated is determined by your speed in absorbing the information. Find the time to stay on track. 15-120 min depending on the speed the information is absorbed.
Name 7 ways you can discipline yourself to stay on course with the materials. Example 1. have a set schedule 2. Avoid distraction etc etc...
What are the 7 things that cross your mind daily.

- Spend 3 minutes, eyes closed, envisioning yourself living the life you want to its fullest. What does it feel like? What does it look like? What does it smell like? What does it taste like?
What is ONE action you've been delaying that you know will get you results towards getting that thing that you want?
* These steps may sound basic but they are important.
We ask that you to keep an open mind and since this is day 1, we are going to keep it light. The material will require more time and concentrated focus as the days progress.
Save all questions for the group meeting... write them all down.
