This is your 4 weeks challenge prompt, to get you focused on what needs to happen today.
So, our focus is going to be RELEASE!
Release: To free from confinement, bondage, obligation, pain, etc.; let go:
Release the need to be right all of the time it’s better and more freeing to be happy. Release the need to be validated by others, as long as one’s actions are in integrity. Choosing to be happy will get you more of what you want.
Name 7 things that are making you or keeping you unhappy, then jot down one word describing how you would feel after releasing it.
