This is your 4 weeks challenge prompt, to get you focused on what needs to happen today.
So, our focus is going to be FORGIVENESS!
Forgiveness: To cease to feel resentment against (an offender).
Being able to forgive is a major part of taking back control of your life and overcoming the feeling of "Being stuck"
Of all the people that have wronged you in the past... write their names down, if you need more space just keep writing. At this point you are going to forgive them for all of the hurt, the pain and the trauma that they have caused. It's ok, they do not need to hear it from you. As long as you have released their grip on your life. You see, when you hold a grudge, you actually stop your flow of abundance, blessings and opportunities. Believe it or not... Like Nike says…JUST DO IT! (take your power back by just forgiving them) start from as far as you can remember.

Write a list of people that YOU have done wrong, go as far back as you can remember. Ask that they forgive you, no need to reach out just act it out in your mind.

List 7 things that you have done to yourself, whether it's overeating or self sabotage or negative self talk. etc write it all down then FORGIVE yourself!!!

FORGIVE YOURSELF! this is not to be taken lightly you must forgive yourself and mean it. (let it go, drop the guilt)
- After forgiving and being forgiven… Spend 3 minutes, eyes closed, feeling light and free from guilt and retrieving your power back. What does it feel like? What does it look like? What does it smell like? What does it taste like?
Let's talk about awareness! Now that you have removed blockages from your stream of abundance you should become more mindful of your environment. Believe it or not, everyday we're presented with opportunities that are right under our noses - yet, we either don't recognize them or we use excuses to not say YES to them. What are the top 3 excuses you use to not say YES to the opportunities that show up in your life every day? List them here.

If there is a will, there is always a way. It's time to ditch the excuses. Write out the top 3 opportunities that are available to you RIGHT NOW that will get you closer to what you are looking for. Toss the excuses aside and go for them. Make it happen.
