This is your 4 weeks challenge prompt, to get you focused on what needs to happen today for you to get closer to what you really want out of life.
So, our focus is going to be FAITH!
Faith: Belief that is not based on proof:
Identify 7 events that happened in the past only because you believed it would happen.

Breathe deeply, and relax the muscles throughout your body. Reflect on how very fortunate you are to be alive and aware in this universe that's overflowing with positive possibilities. What are you grateful for today and would like to attract more of (things that happened, the money in your bank account, people in your life, the sale of a product, a sign/guidance, health, lavish lifestyle etc.)? (this is a necessary repeat)

From the 2 exercises above please pull out or find a few index cards. We are going to write goal cards. The amount you need will be determined by your number of goals... (if you don't have index cards, you can simply pull out a sheet of paper and fold it)
On 1 card you will state 10 things that you are grateful for... use the answers from the exercise above, just add 2 more.
Constructing your GOAL CARDS...
On the other cards write a sentence about each goal with feelings. Start each card with... I am thankful and grateful now that... (insert what you want to happen) Example: I am thankful and grateful now that it's (pick a date) and I have released the 20 pounds, I feel so good. My body looks amazing, feeling stronger and fit- Thank you Universe :)
